Vpsitech.com guarantees 99.2% network connectivity uptime of your VPS Server or Dedicated Server. This excludes scheduled maintenace or incidents which are out of control. Vpsitech.com cannot guarantee that any particular part of the Internet will be available outside of own network.

We guarantee the functioning of all server hardware components and we will replace any failed component at no cost. We will provide and install replacement parts within four (4) hours of having been notified of the fault. In the event that the fault cannot be corrected within 4 hours will offer you a replacement of your Dedicated Server of the same or superior specification.

If you will notice any failure or incident at your VPS of our responsibility please contact our Support with details:

- Address IP of your server
- Kind of service (VPS server, dedicated server)
- Time and date when problem appeared
- First and SecondName of the Client
- Contact phone number and e-mail address

This information allows to help you with a short time of reaction.

Maximum time of Service Outage (hours) per year: 72 hours
Maximum time of Service Outage (percentes) per year: 0,8%
